Warrington Rugby League Referees' Society aims to train and develop Super League match officials of the future.

We are also on hand to support and assist our members in times of hardship relating to matters on and off the rugby league field.

The society meets once a month at the Halliwell Jones Stadium* starting at 7.15pm. Anyone interested in becoming a rugby league match official is welcome to attend, upon which we will direct you to the nearest and next available match officials training course. To find our next meeting date, use the contact form below.

*Occasionally the society will hold outdoor training sessions at various locations that benefit the practical training of match officials. These sessions will be notified to all members in advance.

Society members Nick Woodward (far left), and Tara Jones (middle) are joined by James Child, Chris Kendall and Curtley Etchells (far right) prior to Wigan Warriors v Wakefield Trinity - a game which saw Tara become the first female match official to be appointed to a Super League match.
